Beam Development has been working with its development team
to assess the existing Centre Court building conditions. Project
architect, Ankrom Moisan, and general contractor Hyland
Construction, have been engaged in an investigation of the
structure. A component of the investigation includes uncovering
small sections of the existing building to gauge what remnants of
the original building can be preserved or reused in the project.
This work is an initial step that will inform a concept design
expected to be completed within the next few months. For
